Canadian actress who is best known for playing Bo Dennis in Lost Girl. Her first appearance was on CBS' Blood & Treasure, starting 2019 Her other credits include 2006s Earthstorm as well as 2005's The Perfect Neighbor. Silk has a father, Peter Silk, an academic from Fredericton New Brunswick Canada and Ilkay Silk, an actress producer director playwright educator. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. A few of Annas earliest memories were of attending play rehearsals, and watching her mother perform. Silk was in a variety of commercials as a child. She received her degree from St. Thomas University with the Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997. In her early theater career, she was involved in at least 2 Theatre St. Thomas productions: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. Samuel Cooperman and Levi Levi Cooperman have two children. In 2009, she was cast as the leading character on Lost Girl. CNN has named her portrayal of Bo alongside Lauren in Lost Girl as a same-sex couple one of their favorite television couples of all time.
