It was an uphill task to be a woman in a field that I thought was very masculine. The idea that I could be feminine, strong and supple, but still maintain a healthy lifestyle but not diminish myself was difficult for me. It was a lot of enjoyable to put on heels, wearing a dress, with soft fabric and curls all day long. There was pressure as I'm younger than everyone else in Fantastic Beasts. However, during the auditions I was struck by the feeling that there was this huge power in front of me. The choice was whether I'd fall beneath the weight of it and fall as I wanted to. The other option was to step up and let it force me to move to the next level. You can spend hours walking around visiting museums, coffee shops as well as parks. London is a city in which everyone is around you. In LA it can be solitary and yet, you're at the center of it all. I love watching the people around me. I come from the music industry, in which you're always surrounded by men and you feel like you're surrounded by intimate relationships all the time working with males. It's a surreal, wild fantasy. I've read through all of the books in the book in the series. It was great to be able to read the books on tour. You're constantly changing cities which can make it difficult to concentrate. But to retreat to such a vivid visual universe inside your bedroom is something truly wonderful.
